Saturday, May 12 at 6:00 p.m., at Peace Lutheran Church
Ladies Night-Out is a project of Lutheran Men in Mission of Peace, to honor the women and young ladies of our congregation by providing a free, delicious dinner and musical entertainment, in conjunction with a service project to benefit needy families served by Hill Country Community Ministries, by collecting non-perishable food items on their behalf.
To help us plan for this event, women and girls are asked to register at a sign-up table in the narthex between worship services on April 29 or May 6. There also is a sign-up for men volunteers, to help with food preparation, setup, serving, and cleanup.
There is no charge for anyone to participate in the event, but all participants (women and men) are requested to donate some non-perishable food items for Hill Country Community Ministries at the event. The cost of the meal is being covered by Thrivent Financial, as a Thrivent Action Team project.
