The purposes of the Board of Spiritual Life are:

• Spiritual welfare of the pastor(s), staff and congregation members, individually and corporately
• Supervision of everything pertaining to congregational worship

Some of the specific ministries of the Board of Spiritual Life oversees are:

• Care for staff and congregation (salaries, job descriptions, mediation)
• Coordinate member care and visitation (include rides to worship, meals for the ill, funeral dinners, etc)
• Stephen Ministry
• Prayer Ministry
• Worship Planning & Bulletins
• Worship Leader Training of Assisting Ministers, Ushers, Lectors, Communion Assistants, Acolytes, Altar Guild
